 All CF MOTO bikes are completely assembled and we test your CF MOTO motorcycle for you, please add $299 to the final price for set up when not picking up at our shop. When we assemble our bikes, we put gas in the gas tanks and start the units up to make sure that everything is connected properly and there are no gas or oil leaks. We also inflate the tires, adjust the brakes, fill up the battery with acid and charge it up. When you receive an assembled CF MOTO motorcycle from us, you can turn the key and drive it right away.   
All our CF MOTO bikes are EPA and are DOT compliant. They're legal in 49
states, not California.
